b. Attend up to four project meetings with BHC Consultants and the City of <br /> Everett at kickoff, 30-, 90-, and 100-percent design stages. <br /> c. Conduct an internal quality assurance program prior to major submittals. <br /> 2. Utility Coordination <br /> a. Identify potential utility conflicts associated with roadway restoration. <br /> Coordinate with utility franchises to resolve conflicts. <br /> 3. WSDOT Coordination <br /> a. Coordinate with WSDOT for approval of traffic control plans associated <br /> with a lane closure on the southbound I-5 off-ramp at Everett Avenue. <br /> 4. 60 Percent Design <br /> a. Develop preliminary layout of new curb ramps and curb returns for City <br /> review and concurrence prior to completing 60 percent plans. <br /> b. Prepare 60 percent plans consisting of the following: <br /> • Alignment and Survey Control(2 sheets) <br /> • Typical Roadway Sections (1 sheet) <br /> • TESC and Site Preparation Plan(2 sheets) <br /> • Paving Plans and Details(5 sheets) <br /> c. Prepare 60 percent special provisions related to roadway restoration plans <br /> in WSDOT format. The special provisions will address items of work <br /> which are not addressed by the APWA and WSDOT Standard <br /> Specifications. <br /> d. Prepare 60 percent Opinion of Probable Construction Cost related to <br /> roadway restoration plans. <br /> e.
