If any item fails a third <br /> I 24 time, that item shall be replaced by the Contractor within 7 calendar days of <br /> 25 notification. All notifications will be made verbally with a confirming letter. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Upon receipt of the equipment, a visual inspection will be made as follows: <br /> I28 1. Verify delivery of equipment ordered. <br /> 29 2. Record serial numbers <br /> 30 3. Record software type delivered. <br /> I 31 4. Check for physical damage. <br /> 32 5. Check workmanship (painting, welding, door operation, mechanical <br /> 33 integrity, etc.) <br /> I 34 <br /> 35 Electrical testing of the equipment will be as follows: <br /> 36 <br /> I 37 A) Cabinet Assembly <br /> 38 1. Wiring, racks, and harnesses. <br /> 39 2. Power supply (where applicable). <br /> I 40 3. Power distribution panel. <br /> 41 4. Flashers and flash transfer relays. <br /> 42 5. Display/maintenance panel. <br /> 43 6. Load switches. <br /> I44 7. Detectors. <br /> 45 8. Preemption. <br /> 46 9. Run with all equipment under full load for 120 hours. <br /> 1 47 10.
