On non-Federal aid projects, requiring the Contractor to reimburse the <br /> I 2 Contracting Agency for the costs in excess of straight-time costs for Contracting <br /> 3 Agency representatives who worked during such times. (The Engineer may <br /> 4 require designated representatives to be present during the work. <br /> I 5 Representatives who may be deemed necessary by the Engineer include, but <br /> 6 are not limited to: survey crews; personnel from the Contracting Agency's <br /> 7 material testing lab; inspectors; and other Contracting Agency employees or third <br /> 8 party consultants when, in the opinion of the Engineer, such work necessitates <br /> I9 their presence.) <br /> 10 2.
