Permanent signs will be inspected at the fabricator's <br /> I 16 plant prior to shipment to the project unless otherwise accepted by the Engineer. Signs <br /> 17 without an approved decal shall not be installed on the project with the exception of <br /> 18 double-faced signs which do not receive decals or fabricator's stickers. <br /> 19 <br /> 1 <br /> 20 8-21.3(9)F Foundations <br /> 21 The first sentence of the first paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 22 <br /> I23 The excavation and backfill shall conform to the requirements of Section 2-09.3. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 8-22.AP8 <br /> I26 Section 8-22, Pavement Marking <br /> 27 April 6, 2015 <br /> I28 8-22.3(6) Removal of Pavement Markings <br /> 29 The second and third sentences of the first paragraph are revised to read: <br /> I 30 <br /> 31 Grinding to remove pavement markings is allowed prior to application of a Bituminous <br /> 32 Surface Treatment.
