The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and 35 physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and 36 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of I 37 Bid Proposals, and 38 3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any) is received by the 39 Contracting Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. I 40 41 If the Bidder's request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is received 42 before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting Agency will return the I 43 44 unopened Proposal package to the Bidder. The Bidder must then submit the revised or supplemented package in its entirety. If the Bidder does not submit a revised or 45 supplemented package, then its bid shall be considered withdrawn.
