If the Bidder disagrees with this determination, it may appeal the <br /> I <br /> 32 <br /> 33 determination within two (2) business days of the Contracting Agency's determination by <br /> presenting its appeal and any additional information to the Contracting Agency. The <br /> 34 Contracting Agency will consider the appeal and any additional information before <br /> I <br /> 35 <br /> 36 issuing its final determination.
