January 21 , 2015 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Mayor and council members expressed their support for the project. <br /> RESOLUTION — PORT OF EVERETT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to adopt Resolution No. 6814 amending Resolution No. <br /> 5382, as amended by Resolution No. 5703, and amending Exhibit A <br /> of Resolution No. 5703, the Development Agreement for the project <br /> formerly known as the Port of Everett North Marina Redevelopment <br /> Planned Development Overlay Zone, and authorizing the Mayor to <br /> execute the amended and restated Development Agreement for the <br /> Port of Everett Waterfront Place Central Planned Development <br /> Overlay Zone. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — RESOLUTION/2014 ADDENDUM TO 2007 <br /> COMPREHENSIVE WATER PLAN <br /> Council President Bader opened a public hearing on a proposed <br /> resolution approving the City of Everett 2014 Addendum to the 2007 <br /> Comprehensive Water Plan. <br /> President Bader invited public comment. <br /> Steve Schuler, Public Works Director, City of Snohomish, and Chair of the <br /> Everett Water Utility Committee, which represents many of the wholesale <br /> customers who use Everett water, thanked the city for their partnership <br /> and city staff for their work on the Water Comp Plan. <br /> 14 <br />
