January 21, 2015 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — 2014 ADDENDUM TO 2007 COMPREHENSIVE <br /> WATER PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6815 approving the City of Everett <br /> 2014 Addendum to the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan and <br /> authorize its submittal to the Washington State Department of <br /> Health. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> GRANT AWARDS — 2015 CULTURAL ARTS CAPITAL & <br /> PROGRAMMING <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Roberts, to concur with the recommendation of the Cultural <br /> Arts Commission and approve the 2015 Cultural Arts Capital and <br /> Programming Grant Awards as designated in an amount not to <br /> exceed $40,000.00. <br /> Council Member Tuohy recused herself from participation in the 2015 <br /> Cultural Arts Commission Capital and Programming Grant award process. <br /> She stated that she is employed by the Arts Council of Snohomish <br /> County, dba Schack Art Center, a non-profit entity, in the capacity as the <br /> 15 <br />
