d) Since the construction work will occur between October 1 and April 30, any soils <br />exposed and unworked will not be left for more than two (2) days. Soils will be <br />stabilized before weekends and holidays. <br />e) Because the existing lawn and shrubbery are to be retained during the course of <br />construction, no seeding or other temporary measures are proposed. <br />f) No soil will be stockpiled on the site. <br />g) BMP C 120: No temporary seeding is proposed. Permanent seeding or sodding <br />at the end of the project will be performed depending on the extent of damage to <br />existing lawn areas during construction. <br />BMP C 121: No mulching is proposed. <br />BMP C 122: No nets or blankets are proposed. <br />BMP C 123: No plastic covering is proposed. <br />BMP C 124: No temporary or permanent sodding is proposed. <br />BMP C 125: No new topsoil to be added to the site is proposed. <br />BMP C 126: Polyacrylamide for soil erosion protection is not proposed. <br />BMP C 130: No surface roughening is proposed. <br />BMP C 131: Gradient terraces are not proposed. <br />BMP C140: Due to the construction project occurring in the fall and winter <br />months, no dust control measures are proposed.
