Consultant Services <br /> 1. Submit monthly progress report, including a description of work accomplished in the <br /> previous month, work planned for the coming month, and summary of scope or schedule <br /> issues. <br /> 2. Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) to provide deliverables that are on- <br /> time and meet professional industry standards. <br /> 3. Participate in project management meetings with the City's Project Manager to discuss <br /> status of scope, schedule, budget, and other project issues as applicable. These <br /> meetings will be conducted via telephone monthly, or as needed to successfully manage <br /> the project. <br /> 4. Maintain key decision log to document important team decisions made over the course <br /> of the project. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review and provide comments on the decision log. <br /> 2. Participate in monthly project management meetings with the Consultant Project <br /> Manager to discuss status of scope, schedule, budget, and other project issues as <br /> needed. These meetings will be conducted via telephone monthly, or as-needed to <br /> successfully manage the project. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The project duration will be up to 12 months. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Monthly progress reports, to be delivered electronically via e-mail. <br /> 2. Meeting agendas, meeting notes, and decision log, to be delivered electronically via e- <br /> mail. <br /> TASK 200: Review Relevant City Code and Plan Updates <br /> Objective <br /> The permit requires the City to review and update as needed all municipal codes that affect <br /> implementation of LID on new or redevelopment projects. The code review and updates are <br /> being conducted by the City separately from this contract. <br /> The objective of this task is to review the code updates, as may be relevant to updating the <br /> SWMM, to provide for consistency. <br /> City of Everett:2016/17 LID Code and NPDES Technical Support 2 <br />
