Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review relevant code updates, including roadway, land use, zoning, parking, <br /> landscaping, and possibly others, as needed to inform updating of the SWMM for <br /> consistency. <br /> 2. Document important issues for coordination among the codes and the SWMM in e-mail <br /> correspondence with the City's Project Manager. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide relevant, prioritized codes and plan sections to the Consultant for review. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Assumed up to 12 hours for Consultant review time over the course of the project, to be <br /> focused only on code sections or plan document sections that the City prioritizes for <br /> review. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. E-mail correspondence with the City's Project Manager, as needed, outlining potential <br /> issues for coordination to provide consistency of code and SWMM updates (Task 300). <br /> TASK 300: Assist with SWMM Updates <br /> Objective <br /> City staff are preparing the 2016 update of the SWMM. The Consultant will provide independent <br /> review of draft materials developed by the City, and assist in finalizing the SWMM update to <br /> comply with the City's updated codes and the 2014 Ecology Manual and 2012 LID Manual. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review the City's draft SWMM updates and provide detailed comments and suggested <br /> edits. Comments and suggestions will focus on compliance with the updated codes and <br /> Ecology Manual, as well as opportunities to improve user friendliness of the document. <br /> 2. Review the City's existing standard details and standard specifications related to LID <br /> construction, and provide mark-ups (redlines) of suggested updates. <br /> 3. Attend up to (8) 1-hour-long meetings with the City to review the status and next steps <br /> for the SWMM update, and coordination with code updates. <br /> 4. Prepare draft and final meeting agendas and notes. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide working version(s) of the SWMM manual in Word file. <br /> 2.
