3. Incorporate Consultant-recommended updates to standard detail drawings in AutoCAD
(or other software used by the City), as appropriate.
4. Incorporate Consultant-recommended edits to the SWMM, as appropriate.
5. Produce and publish the updated SWMM document, including graphics production (if
applicable), word processing, and compilation of the PDF file.
Assumptions
1. The City plans to adopt the requirements contained in the Ecology Manual with minimal
modification(s) regarding minimum stormwater requirements applicability or
implementation.
2. The SWMM update will reference the Ecology Manual and LID Manual extensively.
Content provided in these or other referenced manuals will not be duplicated in the
SWMM, in general.
3. Content provided in the SWMM will be tailored, where applicable and as agreed by the
project team, to the City of Everett as needed. This generally applies when State
standards do not exist or provide some flexibility (e.g., local definitions, dispersion and
infiltration feasibility assessment requirements, submittal requirements, conveyance
design standards, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling methods and procedures, grading
requirements, critical areas protection, operation and maintenance standards, etc.).
4. The organization of the SWMM will remain generally unchanged from the current
version.
5. The City will be primarily responsible for incorporating all edits, as appropriate, to finalize
the SWMM, and will perform document formatting in Word and document compilation in
Adobe Acrobat (or similar software). The Consultant will be primarily responsible for
reviewing draft materials and providing mark-ups, information, and content needed to
help the City finalize the draft.
Deliverables
1. Redline markups, information, and content to support the City in preparing the SSWM
update. Materials will be delivered electronically via e-mail.
2. Redline markups, information, and content to support the City in preparing updates to its
standard details relating to LID construction, as appropriate. Materials will be delivered
electronically via e-mail.
3. Draft and final meeting summary notes, to be delivered electronically via e-mail.
Task 400: Conduct Stormwater Program Evaluation
Objective
Provide an assessment of the City's existing stormwater program effectiveness, identify areas
where the program appears to meet or exceed permit requirements, and provide
City of Everett:2016/17 LID Code and NPDES Technical Support 4
