Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the <br />Zoning Code a�� follows: all garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view <br />from the street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense <br />vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br />The site in quesition has no structures, or need for a dumpster. Therefore <br />such an er�closur�e is not required. <br />14. Landscaping m�ust be ��rovided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum this must <br />include the following: <br />a. A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide must be provided along all st�eet frontages, <br />except for the c�riveway. This aNea shall be planted with a minimum of Type III <br />landsca��ing. Outdoor storage shall be screened with additional plants and/or solid <br />fencing as required by EMC 19. 41.100.13. 3. b. <br />A 1()-ft Type-III Landscaping strip is shown along all frontages with the <br />excE;ption c�f the driveway access points.
