E/evations ofall re�ised or new toi/et rooms are required to show floor, base and <br />wall treatments, per IBC section r210. <br />SABA Response: See attached Architectural drawings see A2.3, A2.4, <br />A3.2 . <br />4. A door schedule shou/d be inc/uded on the drawings to indicate new doors, <br />existing doors to be re-used, door sizes, vision lites (if any), and hardware, for <br />the access to and egress from the new tenant improvement, to comp/y with IBC <br />section 1008. <br />SABA Response: See attached Architectural drawings A2.4 . <br />5. Toilet room exhaust fans shou/d be shown on the architectura/ drawings, per <br />IMC table 403.3. <br />SABA Response: Existing toilet room exhaust is to remain. Any <br />changes to Mechanical system will be done by separate permit. <br />6. The method of air supp/y and exhaust for the new spaces shou/d be indicated on <br />the architectura/ drawings, where the wal/ or ceiling openings affect egress fire <br />resistance, requires new /ouvers, or require rooftop or exterior mechanical <br />equipment, per IBC IZ03.1, <br />SABA Response: Existing building mechanical system is to remain, <br />room usage is not that different from the original permitted use. Any <br />changes to Mechanical system will be done by separate permit. <br />Accessibility <br />1. The accessible route to the sanctuary should be shown on the drawings, to <br />include an accessible entrance, per IBC section 3411, 8.1. <br />SABA Response: Existing Sanctuary is accessible to other areas on the <br />floor. Existing First floor building entrance is accessible and to remain. <br />Existing basement level exterior door is accessible and to remain. <br />2. The accessib/e route to the toilet rooms shou/d be shown on the drawings, to <br />include an accessible entrance, per IBC section 3411.7. <br />SABA Response: First Floor restroom doors and sinks are relocated to <br />improve restroom accessibility see A2.3, A2.4, A3.2 . <br />3. E/evations of all tenant improvements to the toi/et rooms should be shown on the <br />drawings to indicate fixture /ocations, c%arances, and heights, perIBCA117.1- <br />2009 chapter 6. The extent of the a/terations should be c/arified by showing the <br />extent of demolition, and the extent of new work on the drawings. <br />SABA Response: First Floor restroom doors and sinks are relocated to <br />improve restroom accessibility, for Demo drawings see A2.1 & A2.2 for <br />construction drawings see A2.3, A2.4, A3.2 . <br />Energy <br />1.
