Upon resubmission of the drawings, plan review will resume and your application will be given <br />priority. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br />structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Please submit two sets of revised plans and details with a response letter to each item in this letter, indicating <br />how it is resolved on the plan set. <br />General <br />1. The drawings should include the information requested in the previous incomplete submittal letter <br />under the'Occupancy'section. <br />a. A0.1 indicates that sprinklers and alarm revisions are deferred submittals, but sheet A1.2 <br />indicates that sprinklers and alarm systems are not provided. <br />2. The response letter should indicate if a new certificate of occupancy is requested. <br />Occupancy <br />1. The maximum occupant loads shown are larger than the originally permitted building occupant load of <br />858. <br />a. Increased occupant loads shown on A1.2 would trigger the requirement for sprinklers and a <br />detection system, per IBC sections 903.2.1.3 and 907.2.1.1. <br />2. Please specify the new square foot area of the sanctuary, including the expansion from the former cry <br />rooms in the occupancy calculations, separate from the stage and sound booth areas, to show the <br />complete occupancy load calculations for this room, and for posting. <br />3. A change of use to �E' occupancy is shown on sheet A1.2 but not on sheet A1.0. <br />a. A change to'E' occupancy would trigger the requirements for sprinklers, per IBC section <br />903.2.3. <br />
