Work Element 4 100% Plans,Specifications, & Estimate: <br /> This work element encompasses all the activities associated with the preparation of the 100% <br /> Plans Specifications &Estimate (PS&E)construction documents. <br /> In this work element, the design team will prepare and submit for the City and WFP officials <br /> review, 100% PS&E construction documents. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Three hard copies of the draft 100% PS&E Documents <br /> • Three hard copies of the finalized 100% PS&E Documents (includes half size Plans) <br /> • One set of full size signed and stamped of finalized Plans <br /> • Set of electronic Auto.CAD files per City of the Everett standards. Base drawing <br /> containing design and all plan sheets (i.e. plot styles, line type, text styles, x-refs, <br /> etc.). <br /> Work Element 5 Engineering Support During Construction Phase: <br /> This work element, at the option of the City of Everett, encompasses all the activities associated <br /> with providing engineering support during the construction phase of the project. These activities <br /> include; bidding phase support, responding to contractor RFIs and submittals, site visits, creation <br /> of as-builts, etc. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Construction phase support <br /> • As-built submittal <br />
