, <br /> 5 <br /> Subtask 5.5 Deliverables. The deliverables for Subtask 5.5 will include base mapping,design <br /> drawings, technical specification sections,and an opinion of probable cost. The deliverables <br /> will be submitted in draft form for review by the City. The City's comments will be <br /> incorporated and the final documents will be prepared and submitted. <br /> Subtask 5.6 - Evaluation of Pipeline Alignment along Everett Avenue. <br /> The alternative alignment following Everett Avenue will be developed to the 30 percent <br /> complete level. This work will include installation of two additional geotechnical borings <br /> on each side of the proposed railroad crossing,surveying and mapping of the new portion <br /> of the alignment,contacting utility companies and marking of utilities,preparation of <br /> drawings,and preparation of an opinion of probable cost. Design work beyond the 30 <br /> percent complete level is included in a previous addendum to the scope of work. <br /> The permit drawings will be revised to show the new pipeline alignment and the project <br /> description will be revised to describe the new alignment. The Geotechnical Design <br /> Recommendation Technical Memoranda will be revised to include a discussion of the new <br /> alignment and the Geotechnical Data Report will be revised to include the additional soils <br /> logs. <br /> Subtask 5.6 Deliverables. The deliverables for Subtask 5.6 will include the following: <br /> • 30 percent complete plan-profile drawings showing the alternative alignment <br /> including revised mapping <br /> • Revised permit drawings showing the alternative alignment <br /> • Revised Geotechnical Design Recommendation Technical Memoranda and <br /> Geotechnical Data Report <br /> • Revised opinion of probable cost <br /> Subtask 5.7— Prepare Revised 30% Pump Station Design Documents. <br /> Inspection of Chlorine Contact Channel (CCC). An inspection of the existing CCC will be <br /> conducted. This evaluation will consist of inspection of CCC structure(both interior and <br /> exterior) and measurement and documentation of cracks. <br /> Design of Pump Station to 30 Percent Level. Design of the pump station located on top of <br /> the CCC will be completed to the 30 percent complete level. Calculations will be completed <br /> for slab thickness. In accordance with the attached letter from the City,we have assumed <br /> that the CCC will not need to be upgraded to comply with the current seismic requirements. <br /> Drawings showing the pump station layout, structural elements,electrical equipment <br /> layout, electrical enclosure building,process& instrumentation,and pipeline alignment will <br /> be prepared and submitted to the City for review. In order to minimize design review time, <br /> a formal 30 percent review meeting will not be held. Instead,an informal meeting will be <br /> held with City staff to review the drawings. <br /> Coating Work for the Chlorine Contact Channel.
