EXHIBIT A 6 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> ITEMS TO BE FURNISHED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 1 An electronic copy of Site survey by others. <br /> 2 Copies of all previous studies and environmental documentation of the project. <br /> 3 Copies of plans, profiles, cross-sections, field topographic survey notes or documents available to the <br /> District that will aid in the preparation of the plans and studies within the limits of the project. <br /> 4 As-built information of existing utilities. <br /> 5 Identify proposed projects and provide all available data. <br /> 6 City's storm drainage plan in the site area. <br /> DESIGN CRITERIA <br /> Reports and plans,to the extent feasible, shall be developed in accordance with the latest edition and amendments of <br /> the following: <br /> 1 City of Everett Zoning Codes. <br /> 2 Uniform Building Code 1997. <br /> 3 City of Everett Public Works Standards and Specifications. <br /> 4 Snohomish County,"Development Standards." <br /> 5 Standard drawings prepared by the City and furnished to the Consultant shall be used as a guide in all cases <br /> where they fit design conditions. <br /> 6 Standard specification,procedures,and forms utilized by the City construction projects. <br /> 7 Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual or variation of that manual as directed by the <br /> City. <br /> 24 <br /> 10 <br />
