Project administration tasks include preparation of project <br /> instructions,preparing the project filing system,preparing agreements with subconsultants <br /> (Perteet Engineering), tracking project costs,and closeout activities. For budgetary <br /> purposes, 16 hours of project manager time,8 hours of contract administrator time,and 24 <br /> hours of administrative assistant time are included for this task. <br /> Coordination with Kimberly-Clark and others. Tasks associated with Kimberly-Clark <br /> coordination include providing drawings showing work within the Kimberly-Clark mill <br /> and chip yard properties and attending coordination meetings. Coordination effort with the <br /> Department of Health (responding to concerns),Department of Ecology,and the Burlington <br /> Northern Railroad are also anticipated. For budgetary purposes, 16 hours of project <br /> manager time and 8 hours of administrative assistant time are included for this task. <br /> Task 2. Preparation of Conformed Documents <br /> CH2M HILL will incorporate the addendum items into the construction bid documents and <br /> issue a conformed set of the specifications and drawings. The following number of bound <br /> copies will be provided: <br /> Schedule A-South Effluent Pump Station <br /> ❑ 2 copies of specifications and half-size drawings for contract signatures <br /> O 10 copies of full size drawings <br /> ❑ 20 copies of specifications and half-size drawings <br /> ❑ 5 copies of the Geotechnical Data Report <br /> Schedule B-Crosstown Pipeline <br /> O 2 copies of specifications and half-size drawings for contract signatures <br /> ❑ 10 copies of full size drawings <br /> ❑ 15 copies of half-size drawings <br /> ❑ 10 copies of the Geotechnical Data Report and Geotechnical Baseline Report <br /> It is anticipated this task will require 6 hours of the project manager's time, 16 hours of CAD <br /> operator time,6 hours of specification processing time,6 hours of time to check and sign the <br /> documents,plus printing costs,binding costs,and delivery costs. <br /> Task 3. Preconstruction Meetings <br /> CH2M HILL staff will prepare for and attend two preconstruction meetings,one with the <br /> Schedule A contractor and one with the Schedule B contractor. City staff will prepare <br /> meeting minutes.
