1 . <br /> CH2M HILL will assist the City by modifying the electronic version of the drawings to <br /> include the changes during construction based on the redline markups. CH2M HILL will <br /> assume that a single set of redline drawings marked by the contractor and approved by the <br /> City will be provided,and that the drawings are correct. <br /> A draft set of the record drawings will be sent to the City for review. The City's comments <br /> will be incorporated into the final record drawings. Five sets of the final record drawings <br /> will be provided to the City as well as electronic files in AutoCAD 2002 format. For <br /> budgetary purposes,80 hours of CAD staff time and 30 hours of designer time are included <br /> for this task. <br /> Task 12. Preparation of an Operation and Maintenance Manual <br /> CH2M HILL will prepare separate Operation and Maintenance (O&M)Manuals for the <br /> pump station and pipeline. This document is in addition to the manufacturer-supplied <br /> O&M manuals for equipment supplied for the project. It is anticipated that preparation of <br /> the O&M Manuals will involve at least three reviews of draft documents and three meetings <br /> with City staff to discuss review comments. At the first meeting,the general outline and <br /> format would be determined including graphic standards. At the second and third <br /> meetings,City comments on the manual will be discussed. <br /> It is anticipated the pipeline O&M Manual will be approximately 5 pages in length <br /> including figures and include recommendations for coating repair,lining repair,operation <br /> and maintenance of the cathodic protection system, operation and maintenance of the air <br /> valves, and operation and maintenance of the blowoff valves. <br /> It is anticipated the pump station O&M Manual will be approximately 30 pages in length <br /> including figures. CH2M HILL will provide a written description of the control system <br /> functions. This description will include local/manual control functions,the automated <br /> control functions provided by the PLC system and the control functions provided through <br /> the SCADA system. The O&M Manual will also include a list of pump station alarms that <br /> will be displayed on the plant SCADA system. Included with the alarm list will be probable <br /> causes of the alarm and associated remedies. <br /> CH2M HILL staff will require the assistance of City staff in the generation of the SCADA <br /> portion of the pump station O&M Manual. This assistance will include providing screen <br /> captures of all pump station graphic displays and providing all information relevant to the <br /> pump station portion of the SCADA system configuration. <br /> CH2M HILL will provide five copies of each Manual bound in 3-ring binders and an <br /> electronic version of each Manual in Word format. For budgetary purposes,118 hours of <br /> time are included for this task. <br /> Task 13. Assistance with Final Inspection of Pump Station <br /> CH2M HILL will assist the City with final inspection and preparation of a punch list for the <br /> pump station and pipeline construction contracts. For budgetary purposes,it is assumed <br /> that four staff(mechanical,electrical, and instrumentation specialists,and the project <br /> manager)will spend one day each on the final inspection.
