• •
j I I!'
Botesch, Nash & Hall
Architects, P.S.
July 8, 2013
ATTN: Meg Haley
City of Everett
RE: Roofing revisions and add skylights
3025 Lombard Ave
Plan Review No: B1306-011
General Comments:
1. To identify what is being proposed as new work on this permit, please revise
the drawings as follows:
a. New work should be indicated with dark lines. Existing work should be
indicated as light lines, in comparison, and demolition work should be
indicated with dashed lines.
Sheet A3.0 — Line weights updated to clarify new work and existing.
b. The drawings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work
could be understood by someone other than the submitter. The
skylight detail 7 on sheet A3.1 does not indicate that the skylight is
new, and the plan on A3.0 does not target detail 7 for all new skylights.
Sheet A3.1 — Detail 7 updated to show `NEW' skylight.
2. The code analysis should include the applicable building codes, referenced at
the bottom of this letter, to include the Washington State Energy Code and
International Fire Code.
Sheet G1.0 — Updated Major applicable codes.
3. Bidding instructions and specifications prepared for bidding are not typically
reviewed for building permit.
Disregard the bid documents submitted.
l
/ 3
