Property Impact Investigation <br /> 2.3. Formal Title Reports are not included in our basic scope of services. It is our <br /> understanding that the City will provide Title Reports. Also, no property corners are <br /> anticipated to be set during these surveys or Record of Survey maps prepared and <br /> recorded. The right-of-way lines may be approximate due to a lack of plat monumentation <br /> in certain areas. <br /> 2.4. This survey work will include all of the above ground site features such as pavement <br /> surfaces, existing sidewalks, driveways and curbs, walkways, individual trees and water <br /> surfaces. In addition, we will locate surface utility structures and combine these elements <br /> with record utility information in order to map utilities in the project area. We will <br /> produce a digital terrain model and 1-foot contours for the surveyed area. <br /> 2.5. Please note that we will use City of Everett project control for establishing both vertical <br /> and horizontal datum. The vertical datum will be City of Everett NAVD 88 and based on <br /> City benchmark monuments. The project coordinates will be 10,000/ 10,000 assigned to <br /> one of the Holly Drive street monuments. The horizontal control points and the entire <br /> project data set will be referenced to the City of Everett WSPCS North Zone,NAD 83/91, <br /> unless provided otherwise by the City survey staff. Please note that these are standard <br /> City requirements on all City projects. <br /> 2.6. Survey scope of work elements include: <br /> 2.6.a. Right-of-way and project control research <br /> 2.6.b. Utility research <br /> 2.6.c. Project control survey for WSPCS, NAVD 88 and right-of-way control <br /> 2.6.d. GPS/Traverse survey control to existing survey monuments within the project not <br /> previously coordinated for the City <br /> 2.6.e. RTK GPS survey for aerial photo pre marks <br /> 2.6.f. Digital leveling to existing survey monumentation within the project. Additional <br /> project benchmarks will be established at approximately 500' intervals <br /> 2.6.g. Control survey processing, control survey worksheet preparation &monument <br /> recovery forms <br /> 2.6.h. Topographic and cross-section survey @ 50 foot intervals and intermediate <br /> locations along East Marine View Drive for approximately 9,000 feet from the <br /> northbound I-5 off ramp to the SR 528-Broadway Ave on/off ramp <br /> 2.6.i. Topographic and cross-section survey @ 50 foot intervals and intermediate <br /> locations along cross streets for a distance of approximately 50 feet westerly and 50 <br /> feet easterly from the centerline of East Marine View Drive <br /> 2.6.j. Topographic and cross-section survey @ 50 foot intervals and intermediate <br /> locations easterly along Hayes Street to the existing lift station <br /> 11 <br /> Page 5 of I 1 <br />
