5 <br /> 2.6.k. Prepare topographic survey basemap using AutoCAD 2000 and Carlson <br /> SurvCADD XML <br /> 2.6.1. Prepare 1' CI contour map using Carlson SurvCADD XML <br /> 2.6.m. Consultant will provide City of Everett with list of land owners and parcel numbers <br /> obtained from assessor maps and the Snohomish County Assessor's web site <br /> 2.6.n. Calculate up to 25 parcel boundaries from city provided title reports. Calculations <br /> will be based on Snohomish County section breakdown data for section subdivision <br /> and local plat monumentation for platted parcels <br /> 2.6.o. Add pertinent parcel lines to project basemap. <br /> 2.6.p. Prepare up to 25 property impact maps (11" x 17") showing approximate parcel <br /> lines, and road frontage topographic features. Parcel maps will be prepared in <br /> AutoCAD Release 2000 in accordance with City of Everett Standards. Acquisition <br /> computations, areas and acquisition legal descriptions are included under this scope <br /> of services <br /> 2.6.q. Stake right-of-way centerline or survey baseline at 50' intervals <br /> 2.6.r. Reference right-of-way monuments (17)within the construction zone <br /> 3. UTILITY COORDINATION <br /> 3.1. The Consultant shall coordinate with the various public and private utilities along the <br /> route. Potholing will be accomplished in Phase 3 (PS&E). Items in this task shall include: <br /> 3.1.a. Maintain utility coordination and prepare checklist. <br /> 3.1.b. Coordinating and attending preliminary design meeting and prepare meeting <br /> minutes. <br /> 3.1.c. Reviewing utility records and incorporate this information into the project plans. <br /> 3.1.d. Identifying potential utility conflicts. (Note: identification of pothole locations will <br /> be accomplished in Phase 3. It is assumed that the pavement depth on the south <br /> approach is of such depth as to make potholing not feasible.) <br /> 3.1.e. Acquiring record drawings of existing utilities within the project limits. <br /> 4. DESIGN REPORT <br /> 4.1. The team will provide horizontal and vertical alignment options to be evaluated during <br /> design report (30% submittal) phase of work. <br /> 4.1.a. Develop up to three horizontal profiles that will match into existing features and tie <br /> into the existing intersections at SR 529 on-ramp intersection and I5 on-ramp <br /> intersection. <br /> 4.1.b. Develop up to three vertical profiles that will accommodate pavement rehabilitation <br /> options. <br /> 4.2. The team will provide up to three options for parking options along East Marine View <br /> Drive.
