Accessory Structure: By failing to properly and adequately maintain the attached <br /> accessory structure and by allowing the accessory structure to become so <br /> deteriorated and unsafe and in danger of collapse the Respondents have violated <br /> IPMC 108.1.5 (5); IPMC 108.1.1; IPMC 304.2 and IPMC 304.6 <br /> 3. By allowing graffiti to remain on the exterior wall of the primary structure the <br /> Respondents violated EMC §8.20.020 (F). This violation is a public nuisance. <br /> 4. By allowing the property to be overgrown with tall grass and weeds the <br /> Respondents violated EMC §8.20.020 (E). This violation is a public nuisance. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as stated above, the following <br /> Order is issued: <br /> 1. The Respondents and all of its successors shall abate all violations of IPMC 108.1.5 <br /> Dangerous structure; IPMC 1081.1. Unsafe structure; IPMC 108.1.3 Structure unfit <br /> for human occupancy; IPMC304.1.1 structure not maintained weather resistant or <br /> water tight; IPMC 304.7 deteriorated and failing roof; IPMC 304.2 and 304.6 exterior <br /> paint that is peeling, chipping and flaking; EMC §8.20.020 (E) tall grass and weeds, <br /> and EMC 8.20.020 (F) graffiti on the exterior of the building on the property located <br /> at 1611 24th Street Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. Cleanup and abatement by the Respondents and its successors shall include: <br /> a. The Respondents and/or its successors shall demolish the primary residential <br /> structure to abate the above described violations and be in compliance with the <br /> EMC. The Respondents and/or its successors must apply for and obtain all of <br /> the necessary and required permits to demolish the primary residential structure. <br /> These permits must be obtained from the City of Everett Building Division by <br /> August 17, 2012. Demolition of the primary residential structure must be <br /> completed by October 31, 2012. Completion of the demolition means all <br /> demolition debris removed from the property and obtaining and passing any final <br /> inspections lawfully required by the City of Everett Building Official. <br /> OR <br /> b. The Respondents and/or its successors shall repair the primary residential <br /> structure to abate the above described violations and be in compliance with the <br /> EMC. The Respondents and/or its successors shall apply for and obtain all <br /> necessary permits to repair the primary residential structure by August 17, <br /> 2012. Work to repair the structure must be completed by January 1, 2013. <br /> Completion of the repair includes obtaining and passing any final inspections <br /> 7 <br />
