Topper Motel (Information for Developer) <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br /> City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, ulilities, slorm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control, and all required improvements in lhe public right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval oF thsse drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvemenls shall be completed, approved and warranled before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Need to replace sidewalk along street and drainage control per City Design Standards. <br /> 3. Parking must be per City zoning Code and City Design and Construcuon Standards for <br /> Devalopment. Compact parking stalls shall be grouped logether and not interspersed with <br /> standard parking stalls. The parking facility does not relieve EVCC of the parking study <br /> required per SEPA#09-001 comments dated 1/16/2009. <br /> 4, Addendum to previous SEPA#09-001 submission (previous submission addressed EVCC <br /> Fitness Center). These comments apply only to the 1030 Broadway site component of the <br /> SEPA and do not replace previous comments. <br /> 5. Any grading/flll on this site shall be done so as to not impact thr, irrigation purpose if <br /> needed. <br /> 6. The old motel water service is slill in place and maybe used for irrigation purpose if <br /> needed. � <br /> 7. Approval of conslruction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 8. City Streets and alleys are to be kepi clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> conslruction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by lhe Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> �;� <br /> 9.
