The plans indicate an exit from the uppermost level, which would not be considered an exit discharge. Th� children i <br /> on this level would need to b�over the age of two and a half years(or the building to meet the requirements of an E <br /> occupancy. Otherwise, this building would be considered an I-4 otcupancy,and would require sprinklers-see atiached <br /> excerpt from the 2012 IBC commentary. <br /> 2. The address of 1601 eroadway is not shown on the parce�address, and the last official city address assignment letter <br /> is for 1603 8roadway. Please confirm by e-mail if you would like to have the city issue a new address letter, distributed <br /> to our internal and external addressing partners,to dari(y the address as 1G01 Broadway. If you would like the city to <br /> contact Snohomish County Assessor to change the parcel address to 1G01 �roadway, please indude that in the r-mail. <br /> Curmntly the parcel address is shown on Snohomish Couety parcel records as 2106 16TH 5T, EVER[TT, WA 98201-1713. <br /> 3.
