The plans indicate an exit from the uppermost level, which would not be considered an exit discharge. Th� children i on this level would need to b�over the age of two and a half years(or the building to meet the requirements of an E occupancy. Otherwise, this building would be considered an I-4 otcupancy,and would require sprinklers-see atiached excerpt from the 2012 IBC commentary. 2. The address of 1601 eroadway is not shown on the parce�address, and the last official city address assignment letter is for 1603 8roadway. Please confirm by e-mail if you would like to have the city issue a new address letter, distributed to our internal and external addressing partners,to dari(y the address as 1G01 Broadway. If you would like the city to contact Snohomish County Assessor to change the parcel address to 1G01 �roadway, please indude that in the r-mail. Curmntly the parcel address is shown on Snohomish Couety parcel records as 2106 16TH 5T, EVER[TT, WA 98201-1713. 3. The plans submitted for permit review should indicate graphicaily the areas of newwork.
