A portable fire extinguisher �vith a minimum UL rating of 2-A:20-B:C must be <br /> provided within 75 feet travel distanco of all portions of each building during <br /> construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 13. The premises must be cleariy identified by address at the street entry. The <br /> building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access <br /> road. <br /> 14. Fire hydrants and access roads must be in service prior to commencement of <br /> construction. <br /> 15. A permit is required from the Fire Department for flammable or combustible <br /> liquids. <br /> 16. Permits are required from the Fire Depa�tment for removal and installation of <br /> underground fuel tanks.
