Commercial Cookinq Operations - A ventilating hood and duct system with an approved <br /> automatic fire-extinguishing system shall be provided in accordance with the Mechanical Code <br /> for commercial-type food heat-processing equipment that produces grease-laden vapors. <br /> The hood system must be upgrnded to a "K" type system if vegetable fats are to•be <br /> utilized. <br /> 14. Fire Suppression (Sprinkler) System - An approved automatic suppression system shall be <br /> provided as required by Ciry Ordinance No. 1��2-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal <br />� Code. <br /> Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Deparunent and the Everett Fire <br /> Department for examination and approval.
