Details and dimensions are shown on sheet A515. 11. The minimum base height of 4 inches should be shown on the drawings for ali toilet room walls lo comply with IBC section 1210.2. Response: The height of the base in all toilet rooms has been called out on the foilowing resunmitted sheet A427. 12. Drinking fountains should be shown on lhe drawings to wmply with IBC sedions 2904.4 and 1109.5. Response: Drinking fountains were shown at each floor lobby on the wall on grid line 9 and between grids C and D. There is also a drinking fountain in the Clinic Waiting Room 139 on grid D'. The specified drinking fountain meets all of the required ADA requirements for access. See 21/A427 tor height above floor. i; >
