Doors 140A, 165A, 183A on sheet A404 do not appear to have 18 inches c!ear on the <br />pull side, per ICClANSI A117.1-2003 Figure 404.2.3.1 (a) to egress from the space. <br />Response: Those doors have been changed to comply. See A404 <br />b. Several patient exam rooms do not appear to have the 60 inch maneuvering <br />clearance required, per ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Figure 4042.3.1 (a) to egress irom <br />the space. <br />Response: Dimensions showing the 60 inch maneuvering clearance is shown <br />as a typical example in Exam Room 151 on sheet A404. <br />23. Accessibiliry details should be shown at seating, bars, counters, and points of sale, per <br />ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 chapler 9. <br />Response: Point of sale counters have accessible counter heights and are shown on <br />131A423 and BIA425. Counters in the Resource Room 331 are detailed on 231A563. C- <br />Store 133 point ot sale counter will also meet accessible requirements. Detaiis to be <br />coordinaied with store operator. <br />Energy <br />1. The minimum requirements to comply with Washington State Energy Code 2009 shouid be <br />shown on the drawings, to include the R-value of insulation at the roof, walls and heated <br />floors, windows and doors, lighting. All supporting worksheets and calculations should be <br />subinitted for review. <br />Response: R-values for insulation at the roof, walis, etc. are shown on Sheets A501. <br />The curtainwail, windows and sloped glazing specifications meet the foilowing <br />minimum requirements and are noted on Sheets A211 through A215: <br />a. All glazing systems to be NFRC Rated <br />b. Vertical Fixed Glazing U-Value (wlArgon) 0.35 and SHGC 0.35 <br />c. Operable Windows U-value (w/argon) 0.40 and SHGC 0.35 <br />d.
