5. Landscaping and Screening must be provided per Section 35 of the <br /> Zoninq Code. At a minimum this must include the following: <br /> (a) . The proposed structure must comply with Federal Barrier Free <br /> Standards for Occupancy. <br /> 7. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and <br /> Construction Standards.
