14 . As-builts of the sanitary sewer will be required to be submitted <br /> per City Design and Construction Standard. <br /> 15. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. <br /> The easement will be submitted to the City prior to iscuance of <br /> permits. <br /> 16. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided <br /> per Section 39.080 of the Zoninq Code. <br /> 17. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents must be screened per <br /> Section 39.160 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 18. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be selid core with 190 degree to <br /> 220 deyree wide angle viewers and sinqle cylinder deadbolts <br /> with 1" throw and at ]east 3" screws securing striker <br /> plate. <br /> b. Bay windowa should overlook the parking lot for increased <br /> security of vehioles. <br /> c. sliding qlass doors should have Charlie bars installed for <br /> optimum sacurity. <br /> d. Lighting of the parkinq lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br /> candles. <br /> e. A monitored fire and intrusion alarm system zoned for each <br /> entity should be provided. To provide protection in case of <br /> armed robbery, include remote panic buttons and/ar foot trip <br /> if using customer counter. <br /> f . The perimeter doors should be solid core or metal with <br /> double cylinder dead-bolts installed. If doors open to the <br /> outside, or hinqes are exposed, pin hinges should be <br /> provided. <br /> g. Metal sect�rity bay doors can be secured with 3/8" <br /> case-harderied steel hasps or chain and padlocks with 1/2" <br /> case-hardened steel shackles. <br /> h. Local fire and intrusion alarm system (zoned for each <br /> entity) is recommended for the game room, and sport <br /> facilities if and when planned for. <br /> i. Mailboxea and laundry rooms should be centrally located in <br /> hiqhly visible and well lit areas <br /> j . The development premises must be cleRrly identified by <br /> addr4ss at the street entrance and each buildinq block must <br /> be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from <br /> -7 of 9- <br />
