14 . As-builts of the sanitary sewer will be required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standard. 15. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to iscuance of permits. 16. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the Zoninq Code. 17. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents must be screened per Section 39.160 of the Zoning Code. 18. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: a. The perimeter doors should be selid core with 190 degree to 220 deyree wide angle viewers and sinqle cylinder deadbolts with 1" throw and at ]east 3" screws securing striker plate. b. Bay windowa should overlook the parking lot for increased security of vehioles. c. sliding qlass doors should have Charlie bars installed for optimum sacurity. d. Lighting of the parkinq lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. e. A monitored fire and intrusion alarm system zoned for each entity should be provided. To provide protection in case of armed robbery, include remote panic buttons and/ar foot trip if using customer counter. f . The perimeter doors should be solid core or metal with double cylinder dead-bolts installed. If doors open to the outside, or hinqes are exposed, pin hinges should be provided. g. Metal sect�rity bay doors can be secured with 3/8" case-harderied steel hasps or chain and padlocks with 1/2" case-hardened steel shackles. h. Local fire and intrusion alarm system (zoned for each entity) is recommended for the game room, and sport facilities if and when planned for. i. Mailboxea and laundry rooms should be centrally located in hiqhly visible and well lit areas j .
