He mentioned <br />that there is a requirement for one ambulatory -accessible stall in addition to the wheelchair accessible compartment, when the <br />combined total water closet compartments and urinals exceed five, per IBC 1109.2.2. <br />Just wanted to give you a heads -up for the permit submittal. Although the wall is now shown as a <br />double wall instead of single, there are still some issues regarding the structural indepenuence, adjacency to the existing church <br />doors, and weatherproofing of the connection that I have.
