Variations, deviations, ar limitations contained in a submittal in regards to <br /> requirements af the Contract Documents must be clearly identified in the submiital. <br /> (This is not fo�the purpose of reviewing substitutions.) <br /> F. Reviewed submittals will be transmitted from Gngineer ro the Owncr's Authorized <br /> Representative for return to the Contractor. <br /> G. Revise and resubmit submittals as required, identifying changes madc since previous <br /> submittaL Identify resubmittals with original number and an alphabetic suCfix. <br /> H. Distribute copies of reviewed and accepted submittals to concerned partia. Instruct <br /> parties to teport promptly if they are unable to comply. <br /> I. Included in this Section is a submittal checklist of submittals lhat would be expected <br /> by Boeing for the various portions of the project. <br /> J. In the submittal checklist required submittals of shop drawinga, materials lists, <br /> product data, semples, certifications, O&M requirements are indicated with an asterisk <br /> in cach column along side of the section number and title. The column that is headcd <br /> by the word "Othet" would indicate another focm of subminal such as a report of <br /> similar item of documentation is expected to cover the checklist item. <br /> K. Transmittal of Compliance Submittals: <br /> 1. All Compliance Submittals of equipment and materials furnished by <br /> Subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers ahall bc aubmitted to Owner's <br /> Authorizod Representative by Contractor. <br /> 2. Provide space for the Engineer and the Owncr's Authorized Representative <br /> review stamps. <br /> 3. Each submittal shali be reviewed by the General Contractor to insure <br /> information complies with the requirements of the work and contract <br /> documents. Compliance Submittals of subcontractors, auppliers, and <br /> manufacmrcra ahall be atampad "General Contractor Review and Approval" <br /> prior to transmitting them the submittal reviewer. Contractor'a stamp of <br /> approval shall constitute a representation to Owner and Enginar that <br /> Contracror has either determined and verified all quantities, dimensions, field <br /> construction criteria, materials, catalog numbera and similar data or he <br /> assumes full responsibility for doing so, and that he hu coordinated each <br /> SUBMITTALS 01300 - 5 <br />
