At the time of each submission, cali to the attention of Engineer in the letter <br /> of transmittal any deviations from the roquirements of the Contract <br /> Documents. <br /> 5. Make ali modifications noted or indicated by Engineer and retum revised <br /> prints, wpies or samples until accepted. Direct specific attention in writing, <br /> or on reviscd submittals, to changes other than the modifications called for by <br /> Enginar on previous submittals. After submittals have bcen accepted, submit <br /> copia thereof for final distribution. Prints of accepted drawings transmitted <br /> for final distribution will not be fu�ther reviewed and are nqt to be revised. If <br /> ercors are discovered during manufacture or fabrication,k cdrrect the submittal <br /> and resubmit for review. <br /> 6. Following completion of the work and prior to final payment, fumish those <br /> drawings necessary to indicate "as built" conditions, including field <br /> modifications, in the number of copies specified. Fumish additional copies <br /> for insertion in equipment instruction books as required. All such copies shall <br /> be clwrly marked "AS CONSTRUCTED." <br /> 7. Work requiting a Compliance Submittal ahall not bc commenced shipped until <br /> the submittal has ban atamped "Submittal Accepted" or "Submittal <br /> Acceptable as Noted" by Engineer. <br /> 8. Keep a copy or sample of wch Compliance Submittal in good order at thc <br /> site. <br /> L. Shop Drawings: <br /> 1. Submit newly prepared information, drawn to aceurate scale, highlight, <br /> clouded, or otherwise indicate deviations from the Contract Dacuments. Do <br /> not reproduce Contract Documents or copy atandard information as basis of <br /> Shop Drawinga. Stendard prcprinted data and drawings prepared without <br /> specific cortelation, roference, and identification to the project will not be <br /> considered a Shop Drawing, <br /> 2. When Shop Drawings arc rovised and resubmitted, all revised and/or added <br /> items since previous submittal ahall be clouded. <br /> 3. If only certain parts of a completed or partially completed r;hop drawing are <br /> submitted for review, those items for review shall be clouded and noted. <br /> 4. Entire submittal of Shop Drawinga will be returned unreviewed when revised <br /> or added items have not been clouded. <br /> 5.
