General: The �^sting laboratory shall certify in writing that all Work specified or <br /> required to be tested and inspected conforms to drawings, specification�, and <br /> applicable building codes and regulations. The Inspecror shall submit detailed reports <br /> relative to progress and condition of Work and stipulating dates and hoi�ts spent on <br /> the job. <br /> B. lnspection Reports: Test and inspcction reports shail be distributed as follows: <br /> a. Owner's Representative: 3 conies. <br /> b. Contractor: i copy. <br /> c. Local Buildin� Department (when required): 2 wpies. <br /> PART 2 - PRODUCTS - NOT APPLICABLG <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBIL[TY: <br /> A. Coordination: It is tt�e Contractor's responsibility to initiate and coordinate all <br /> required tests and inspections including conformance with requirements of all <br /> appliceble public agencies and authotities. Inspection of the Work shall not relieve <br /> the Contractor from any obligation to fulfill this contract. The Inspector or Owner's <br /> Repcesentative aha11 have authority to stop the Work whenever the provisions of the <br /> Contra:,t Dceuments arc not being comp�led with and the Contractor shall instruct his <br /> employees accordingly. <br /> 1. Access: The Inspector shall at all times have fra access for the purpose of inspection <br /> to all parts of the Work and to the shops whete the Work is in preparation, and the <br /> Contractor shall at all times maintain proper facilities and provide safe access for such <br /> inspection. <br /> C. Storage Facilities: Fumish adequate atorage facilities for the sole use of the OTA for <br /> safe atorage and curing of such specimens which must remain on thc site prior to <br /> completing curing. <br /> D. Data: Fumish tecords, contract drawings, certificates, and similar data as may be <br /> required by 1he testing end inspection personnel to assure wmpliance with the <br /> Contrect Documents.
