In auch cases, two <br /> samples ahall be tested and the material shall be rejxted if either Fample fails. <br /> 3.3 REPORTING TEST FAILURES <br /> A. General: Immediately upon Inspector's detertnination of a test failure, the Inspector <br /> shall teltphone results of test to Owner's Representative's office. On the same day, <br /> Inspecror shall send wrilten test reeults to those named on thc above distribution list. <br /> 3.4 REMOVAL OF MATERI�LS: <br /> A. General: Unless othernise directed, malerials not conforming to the requirements of <br /> Contract Dceuments shall be prompdy removed from the job site and property <br /> disposed of without additional ezpense to the Owner. <br /> 3.5 CONTRACTOR QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Quality Conttol Plan: The Contractor shall submit a job-apecific quali'-i control (QC) <br /> plan subject to approval of the Owner'a Representative Tftcen (15) dayx prior to the <br /> start of work on the job site. This plan shall include as a minimum: <br /> , 1. Statemcnt of company QC philosophy and policy. <br /> ; 2. Company organization and designation of reaponsibiliry or QC activiry at both <br /> wrporate end jobsite level. <br /> 3.
