Preparation Mee�inga: The Contractor will conduct a mating with the Subcontractor, <br /> Owner's Repraentative, Contractor quality control, and safety personnel. Preparation <br /> meetings shall cover every specification section and other tapics as requited by the <br /> Owner's Representative. The intent of this meeting is to teview submitted and <br /> approved materials, sequence of field activities, contract details, and potential safety <br /> harards be[ore any problems occur in the field. Field work shall not commence prior <br /> to this meeting. <br /> The Contractor shauld submit a list of preparation mcetings which will be held during <br /> the p�oject and an aMicipated schedule for these matings. The list ahall be submitted <br /> for approval by the Owner's Reptesentative no later than 30 days after contract <br /> award. Preparation mceting agenda should co�er: <br /> 1. Introduction of responsible parties. <br /> 2. Discussion of submitted and approved materials. <br /> 3. Status of material and equipment delivery. <br /> q, preview of areas wherc work will begin. <br /> 5, Brief outline of constniction procedures and interlace with existing work. <br /> 6, Quality control tatt acheduled for this phue. <br /> 7, Job hazard analysis. <br /> 8. Chxklist for quality control activitia during the phase. <br /> 9, Establish a date and time for joint field inspection aRer work has started. <br /> C. Submittals: The Contnctor sh�ll provide a complete list or log of <br /> submittels requiral by conttact and any a►har a�ticipated submittals <br /> for the project within 30 days of awtrd of contnct.
