The tollowing track materials shall be fumished by the Contractor and additional dema necessary to <br /> conslruct en acceptable completed treck slrudure. <br /> 1. Timber Cross Ties and Switch Ties: Seclion 34 11 30. <br /> PART3--EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 GENERAL Construct balleated track in accordance with applicable requiremenls of Sedion 34 11 <br /> 10,Track Conslruction,General Requiremenls, as supplemented herein, and as indi�ated on the <br /> Conlracl Drawings. <br /> 3.2 TRACK REMOVAL AND SUBGRADE PREPARATION: <br /> A. CONTRACTOR shall remove existing treck and tumouts et the locationa shown In the plan set <br /> including rail,crosslies, OTM, crossing materials, and ballast to the boltom of the lie <br /> B. CONTRACTOR shall stock pile 115� jointed rail et Ixations identified by Bceing Boeing <br /> Construclion Menager will inspect rail and idenlify 115RE - 39' sections of rail to be retained by <br /> Bceing tor maintenance and olher uses A poAion of the remaining reil could be used as tie-in rail <br /> strings All rails not releined by Boeing or relayed shall become lhe property of CONTRACTOR and <br /> shall be removed irom the property.CONTRACTOR shall credit the project for the salvage value of <br /> the rail removed from the property. <br /> C. Tie plates shall be slockpiled el localions idenlitied by Boeing.Tie plates can be use for relay aRer <br /> inspecUon by Boeing ConsWdion Manager All tie plates not use for relayed shall become the <br /> propeAy of CONTRACTOR and shall be removed from the propeAy.CONTRACTOR shall credit the <br /> pro�ect for the salvage vaiue of the tie plates removed trom the propeRy. <br /> D.
