Site inspections were used to visualize the information <br />presented in the topographic survey and to examine the <br />area for potential drainage problems. <br />B. FIELD VERIFICATION <br />The information obtained from the topographic survey was <br />used to begin initial analysis of the site. Assumptions <br />were made with respect to basin drainage areas, flow <br />paths, ground cover and presence of on -site drainage <br />structures. A field inspection of the site was conducted <br />on July 30, 1991., to verify initial assumptions and to <br />004 obtain the additional information needed to complete the <br />hydrologic analysis presented in this report. <br />C. EVALUATION PROCEDURES <br />The methods of analysis used in this hydrologic study <br />were conducted in accordance with the procedures <br />outlined in the City of Everett, "Design and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications Manual", (DCSS). <br />
