� � 8. A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. The hydrant(s) must meet City specification�. 9. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and streel cleaning must occur as directed hy the Public Works Inspector. 10. A one year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not less tlian 10°/a of the cost of construction and shall nm for one year from the date of finai approval/issuance of the first Occupancy Permit. 11. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to I�e submitted per City Design and Conslruction Standards and Specifications for Development. 12. A Performance Guarantee is required for street improvements on 11'" Street and Chestnut Street prior to any building permit beinc� issued. 13. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repairedlreplaced per the City Public Works Inspector. 14. Soil compaction testing shall be performed ll;roughout the construction of the public street and utilities. Density curves shall be submitted to the Public Works Department prior to permits being issued for any aspect of the project. All work periormed by the geotechnical engineer or testing lab shall be reported directly to the City Public Works Inspector before covering work can be continued by the contractor. Daily reports shall be kept by the soils investigatorltester and submitted to the Public Works Inspector with 24 hours. 15. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. 16. Temporary erosiun control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. 17. An 8" water main must be installed from 11'h Street and E. Marine View Drive down 11°i Street and south on Chestnut Strteet to the existing 8" water main in Chestnut Street. 18. A traffic mitigation fee of $17,100.00 is required prior to issuance of the first permit. � 19. Technically, this project is located within lhe cambined sanitary/storm sewer system area. However, storm water runoff from this project area currently flows downhill to the east towards the railroad tracks and does not appear to enter lhe combined system (but rather, disperses into the hillside vegetation and soils). �
