Accessibility to public transit, and traffic reduction measures proposed by the <br /> applicant to reduce dependence of the proposed usa on the automobile. <br /> Finding: The site has frontage along Chestnut Street. Public transportation is avaflable in <br /> the area. <br /> Concluslon: The proposal is located near an existing bus route. <br /> DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted subject to compliance with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1.
