Parking on the site is limited to 20,000 parking spaces. This limit shall be met when construction of the site is complete or no later than six (6) months after July 1 , 1995, whichever occurs first. A minimum of ten percent (108) of those spaces (2,000 spaces) will be designated as preferential parkinq spaces for carpools and vanpools. 5. Where confllcts exiat between the Decision Document and the Naster Circulation Plan, requirements of the Decision Document will aupercede the Meater Circulation Plan. Nothinq in the approved MCP relieves Boeinq of the specific or general requirements contained in the Deciaion Document.
