At the time uur study was performed, the sita and propased <br /> building locations were approxfmately as shown on the Test Pit <br /> Location Plan, Plate 2. <br /> Based on our discuseions wit:� you, your architect and engineer, we <br /> understand you plan to construct a one hundred ninety-six thousand <br /> (196,000) square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse with fonr thousand <br /> (4000) square feet of attached office space. Column spacings will <br /> be on about a fifty (50) by fifty (50) foot qrid, with maximum loads <br /> of about one hundred (100) kips, including all dead and live loads. <br /> Wall loads will be �aboui two kips per lineal foot (klf) . A dock <br /> height concrete slab-on-gr+►de floar will be constructed along the <br /> north wall, and floor loadr. are estimated not to exceed two hundred <br /> fifty (250) pounda par square foot (psf) . <br /> On the basis of the proposed finish floor elevations and the <br /> apparent exieting eite grades, yov presently estimate cuts and fills <br /> in the propnsed building eres� on the order of between eiqht (8) and <br /> ten (]0) feet, and two (2) and twelve (12) feet, respectively. <br /> Parking lot area fills are also expected to be of similar magnitude. <br /> If any of the above design criteria change, we should be consulted I <br /> to review the recommendations contained in this report. In any <br /> case, we recommend Earth Consultanta, inc.
