Conclusion: The use of the property is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The overall appearance of the site would not be changed,and impacts on abutting <br /> residential properties can be mitigated. <br /> 10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other City,State and <br /> Federal regulations. <br /> Finding: All necessary building and associated permits must be obtained for the <br /> proposal prior to construction. The proposal will be required to comply with the <br /> Maximum Permissible Exposure levels established by the FCC for radiofrequency <br /> radiation. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will comply with the provisions of the City's Zoning <br /> Code and the applicant must obtain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br /> 11. Accessibility to public transit,and traffic reduction measures proposed by <br /> the applicant to reduce dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br /> Finding: The facility is unmanned. <br /> Conclusion: Criterion is not applicable. <br /> SPU SPECIFIC EVALUATION CRITERIA: <br /> Subsection 41.130.1),I.b of the Zoning Code-Special Property Use Permits-contains <br /> specific evaluation Criteria for Above Ground Utility and Communication Facilities. <br /> Findings: <br /> (I) Please refer to findings under Criteria No's 5 and 7 above regarding landscaping and <br /> screening of the proposed facility. The proposed screening measures would be <br /> adequate to ensure the facility is reasonably compatible with surrounding residential <br /> uses and would blend in with the existing structure; <br /> (2) The proposed antennas would be located on an existing non-residential building and <br /> would not require the construction of a new support tower; <br /> (3) The project does not propose a new tower or other freestanding—criterion is not <br /> applicable; <br /> (4) This criterion is applicable to new tower structures. The instant proposal is to use an <br /> existing building; <br /> (5) The proposed antennas would be architecturally treated through painting or <br /> coverings that would allow them to blend in with the appearance of the existing <br /> hospital building; <br /> 4 <br />
