TRANSPORTATION: PARKING (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use, <br />Transportation, and Energy and Natural Resources Policies; Interim <br />Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended) <br />1. Parking must be provided per the parking stall demand analysis <br />projected for 1999 in Table 7 of Appendix C in the DEIS <br />(attached). This analysis shows that 536 parking stalls are <br />required in 1999 for the entire project. If the project is <br />phased, the amount of parking shall be calculated per the formulas <br />shown in Table 7. Parking shall be no greater than two (2) <br />percent more than the amount in Table 7 or no less than two (2) <br />percent lower than the amount shown in Table 7. These stalls <br />shall include parking for any residential uses provided on the <br />site. <br />2. If the theater proceeds as the first phase of tLe project, parking <br />tl will be provided in the CSG garage at the southeast corner of <br />!tp California and Wetmore Avenues. <br />3. Notwithstanding Item 2 above, the Building Owner shall never lease <br />more parking spaces to tenants than the total of all. spaces on the <br />site plus 15% to allow for vacancies. <br />N. TRANSPORTATION: PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (SEPA Land and Shoreline <br />Use, Transportation, and Energy and Natural Resources Policies; <br />Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended) <br />1. The bus stop and transit shelter on the Everett Avenue frontage <br />must be relocated to west of the alley. The shelter must be <br />handicap accessible and the design must be approved by the Public <br />Works Department. (The City •rill temporarily relocate the Everett <br />Avenue bus stop to east of Wetmore Avenue during construction.) <br />2. Frontage improvements must be constructed on Wetmore to include a <br />transit stop which serves the theater and provides improved <br />transit access to the site. Frontage improvements must meet <br />current City Standards. <br />3. Prior to issuance of the first occupancy permit for the <br />office/retail building, the Applicant must purchase one 15 <br />passenger van or one 8 passenger van. If an 8 passenger van is <br />provided, a second 8 passenger van must be provided when the <br />office/retail building reaches 50% occupancy. The service <br />provided by the van(s) must be coordinated by Everett Transit. <br />14 <br />I <br />
