g. Streetscape plan - public/pedestrian amenities, landscaping, <br />Open Space plan <br />2. Minor Modifications: The Planning Director shall have the <br />authority to review and approve minor modifications to the <br />proposal. A minor modification would be a change which: <br />a. is consistent with all of the conditions in this Document, <br />b. is consistent with other applicable federal, state and local <br />requirements, and <br />c. results in impacts that are within the range of impacts <br />reviewed in the EIS for the proposal. <br />B. EARTH (SEPA Earth Policies and Public Works Standards and <br />Specifications Manual) <br />1. Prior to issuance of grading permits, the Applicant must <br />demonstrate that permits have been obtained for disposal of <br />excavation materials if the disposal site is within the Everett <br />City 'limits. <br />2. Prior to issuance of permits, the Applicant's proposed routes to <br />disposal sites must be reviewed and approved by the Public Works <br />Department. <br />]. The Applicant must comply with all City of Everett grading and <br />drainage requirements. <br />4. Measures must be taken to protect exposed soils from erosion <br />during wet weather. These measures may include covering exposed <br />soils and/or the use of a temporary settling pond or straw bales <br />to retain eroded soils on site, as approved by the Everett Public <br />Works Department. <br />5. Construction operators must rinse the wheels of trucks leaving the <br />construction site whenever possible. <br />6. All soil tracked into public streets and alleys must be cleaned up <br />and removed in a timely manner. A daily monitoring schedule for <br />inspection and street clean-up shall be established. The schedule <br />must be reviewed and approved by the Public Works Departnent. <br />C. AIR (Construction Impacts) (SEPA Air and Other Policies) <br />1. Construction personnel must spray exposed soils, truck <br />undercarriages and wheels to minimize dust and tracking. <br />2. Tarps must be used to cover excavated material while in transit. <br />N <br />
