The drawings should not show more seating than the maximum <br /> occupant load will allow simultaneously in the spa pool area and the lounge area for a tolal of 49 people, unless exiting <br /> revisions are made to the plans as currently drawn. Clarifications rray be required to the 5rst floor entry area used as <br /> a control point for maximum occupancy. See attachment <br /> ✓• A future commercial kitchen with a Type I Hood would require the exiting to be revised to separate the two exits per <br /> code, with a separate corridor. <br /> `'• The drawings have to state clearly that the door separating the two tenants in the basement(JASE LLC 8 The Full <br /> Gospel Mission Church)will remain unlocked irom both directions since both tenants require two exits at all times <br /> from the basement, when the space is occupied.
