GTE's engineering will <br /> begin when they are notifi�d of your construction schedules and <br />� telephone requirements. <br /> It will be the developer's respansibility to provide a suitable <br /> combination of conduit and trenching and/or riser conduit to <br /> accommodate GTE's network communications cable within the complex. <br /> Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or <br /> trenching are incorporated into the project to accommodate GTE's <br /> entrance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for GTE's <br /> cable. <br /> If a renrrangement of existing cables on premise . or on the <br /> riqht-of-way is necessary, appropriate charges will be estimated <br /> and GTE's Guaranty of Payment form will be forwarded to you for <br /> your signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineering for <br /> such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
