`t <br /> Miscellaneous: 6 <br /> -All official documents shall be kept in a bank safe deposit box. Keys to the deposit box <br /> will be held by the Chairperson and the Manager. Copies of those documents shall be <br /> made available to any member in good standing upon request. <br /> -Official Everett Rowing Association representation, that involves and/or requires official <br /> representation by the Everett Rowing Association will be Ii8mited to designated <br /> representatives only. They shall represent and will act in the best interests of Everett <br /> Rowing Association. Representatives shall be designated y the Council as set forth in the <br /> Bylaws. Representatives shall caucus prior to the scheduled meeting to discuss any <br /> pertinent details and resolve any potential conflicts that may arise in the meeting. <br /> Certifications: See Rowing Classes Certification <br /> Rowing opportunities: <br /> -Coached rows for members/non-members: Times will be posted quarterly. There will be <br /> a fee charged to pay for the coach, equipment, and administrative costs. The <br /> these classes is for rowing improvements, recreation and competition. The coachlassos <br /> outline and fees will be determined and made public to ERA members }rr ivl to signing <br /> for the class. <br /> up <br /> -Parks Department will schedule beginning classes with input from the Council. <br /> �.vt131�.33 <br /> -Junior Program will run in the Spring, Summer and Fall. It will include all competitive <br /> returning and novice junior rowers for the purpose of training for competition. <br /> -Open rows will be scheduled for those who may want to get in extra rowing or for those <br /> who do not wish to participate in the rowing classes or coached rows. Open rows will be <br /> managed by a Program Manager, Assistant Manager or Boathouse Manager and will be <br /> scheduled quarterly by the Council, with input from the Program Manager, so as not to <br /> interfere with scheduled classes. The Program Manager, Assistant Manager and <br /> Boathouse Manager must have taken instructions on Everett Rowing Bylaws and <br /> Operations. <br /> -The safety rules shall be followed for all rowing from the boathouse.(See safety <br /> regulations) <br /> -Time on the water shall be monitored by signing rowers name in the sign out book or a <br /> record kept by the coach. <br /> -Reservations can be made by any member by indicating shell name, time reserved and <br /> your name in the sign out book. Reservations become invalid if reservation remains <br /> unfilled ten minutes past the time reserved. <br /> -Members who are registered in a class need to let the coach know of their desire to race <br /> and the coach will coordinated the registration with the Program Manager. Equipment <br /> usage for regattas shall be a the discretion of the Program Manager and the coaches. The <br /> adults will have choice of equipment during the Summer and Fall and the Juniors will have <br /> choice of equipment during the Spring. <br /> • 9 <br />
